Scope
This policy explains what information may be processed when using MeritKickPro on iOS, how it is used, shared, and protected.
Information That May Be Processed
1) Information you provide
- Content you submit in the app (e.g., text, preferences), and support messages.
- In‑app purchase metadata (transaction identifiers, status). Payment credentials are handled by the platform store and are not stored by the app.
2) Information collected automatically
- Device and app data (model, iOS version, app version, language, region, time zone).
- Diagnostics and usage (events, interaction timestamps, crash logs, performance metrics).
- Approximate location derived from device settings or network information when required by features you choose to use.
- Precise location only with explicit system permission and only for features that require it.
3) iOS identifiers and permissions
MeritKickPro respects system privacy settings including App Tracking Transparency (ATT). The Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is accessible only with consent.
SDK & Third‑Party Services
MeritKickPro may use integrations for push notifications and attribution. These services operate under their own privacy policies:

Disclosures
- Where required by law or legal request.
- To protect rights, user safety, the public, or service integrity, and to investigate misuse.

Technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege). No system is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
MeritKickPro is not directed to children where local law requires parental consent. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected.
